They are essentially mutated humans,

or at least descended from mutated humans,

but they don't have X genes, which is the Marvel Universe

definition of mutants, and they're not

mutants for intellectual property purposes either, that matters.

Okay, so very shortly after the evolution of Homo sapiens, the Cree Empire set up a

base on Uranus and

started abducting early humans and experimenting on them.

Yeah, you know, big space empire. They mostly fight the scrolls a lot.

They occasionally invade Earth. The first Captain Marble was Cree. Uh, Carol Danvers or Monica Ramboo. Oh, no, no, no, this was Marvell. The alien Guy Danvers got her powers from.

I mean, except for the binary powers, those came from the brood.

Okay, so the inhumans. Right right the in humans. Anyway they're

all descended from those early humans who were first mutated by the pterogen

mists by we have a millennial long selective breeding program and they've got this

really strict caste system but they're real families...
