I'm on that journey. You know, you know, we all want to be kind, but I just see kind and sane as synonymous, so we kind of have a nice little thing going, a way to get

sane, a way to end suffering. I'm glad you tune in honey and I'm glad it's a help.

It has been. So my recent situation has been almost every day or at least a few days a week. I get a lot of suffering in my work feeling that sometimes I'm not good enough or I'm not capable of doing things.

So the most recent situations have been like right now I'm in a project and I haven't

been getting the results that I want in the project. So it's a graphic design, so I design something

and I myself don't like the end result

or I send it to the clients and they don't like it.

So the recent situations have been, you know,

they give me feedback, which is always positive,

constructive feedback for me to just work on it,

but I get really upset, I feel really down.

So I did the work sheet with my client, like my client should or shouldn't. But then this morning I woke up, you know, I had already spoken to my client and I woke up and I thought like, I don't even want to work because I don't feel like I'm going to do it right.
