I often hear back from people that say, you know, what can I do to bring about the change

that you're talking about? And a response that I frequently give is vote and hold your leaders accountable.

If you have leaders who are doing the job that the electorate hires them to do,

then a lot of these problems will get solved.

But often it's really hard to know who those best people are.

It's hard to judge what kind of job they're doing even after they're elected and they're

in Congress.

Think about it right now.

How do you think your member of Congress is doing?

How do you think other members of Congress are doing?

What's the metric to measure that?

It can be really confusing.

And that's why I'm so excited to have my guest today, Tom Fishman, who is the CEO of the

Builders Movement, who is doing things differently.
