Do you have someone, or several people, in your life that you feel like isn’t respecting your requests for how they behave in certain instances? Like, maybe your mother in law stops by all the time unannounced. Or your mom responds with criticism when you share a win you had. Or your sister talks badly about someone you love.. and each time they do what they’ve always done, you get mad and think they’re distracting you?

Its actually that you’re disrespecting yourself but not upholding your own boundary.

In todays episode I share with you what a boundary is (and isn’t) and how you can protect your peace by setting them in place, and then enforcing them when needed.

Maybe I had linked it to like alcohol or sugar but I didn't have really I've been very mindful of my

gut health and sugar consumption so I don't know why this week I started out just feeling kind of like no motivation.

I didn't really want to do much.

a naturopath who is gut health focused,

And I haven't had my lab review meeting with her yet.
