Amy B. Chesler is an author, podcaster, survivor, and victim advocate. Amy shared her experiences of sibling abuse, as well as her mother’s murder, on Something Was Wrong Season 7. Her consequent experiences in the criminal justice system & the media are largely what inspired the creation of the show, What Came Next. WCN Episode 1, [Amy B. Chesler] This Shit Doesn’t End (released 3/3/23) highlights the continued abuse and terror she faced at the hands of her imprisoned brother; in this episode she explains how she was finally freed from the criminal justice systems (in just the last few weeks) since this podcast’s launch.
