Today's meditation is going to be all about celebrating yourself and also you're going to be doing something very special you're going to be

harmonizing your inner and outer world so all the things happening outside you and then of course all the

beautiful emotions and that true nature inside of you. So we're going to synthesize those two aspects of

you may have so many holiday expectations. So much has led up to this big

event of Christmas Day if you celebrate Christmas. And sometimes it can be a little bit of a letdown and that's

the same with love.
