She's from North Carolina. She's in Texas now. But she has really craft a code on resiliency and various streams of income.

anymore. She's in the short-term rental game. She's in the Airbnb game. She's a past flipper. She's

had speaking gigs. It's kind of doing it all and really makes it look easy. So listen to this one.

aka Amanda, the traveling realtor. And she is based currently out of Austin, Texas. However, it sounds like she's kind of all over the world. So we are so excited to have you, Amanda.

So I was skimming your Instagram before we got on the call here.

And I have just kind of been looking over your bio. and wow, I mean, you have a lot going on

and I cannot wait to dig into all the things. So let's get started with like, tell us kind of how

you got into real estate, what you got your hands in and all that good stuff. Well, if you want to

take it all the way back, I got into

real estate back right before the crash. So 2006, 2007, started educating myself with an

educational company back then in California. I got into the market. I lost everything. I lost

my IRA, lost it all. And then a few years later, I came in back

into the market as a private money lender for one of my girlfriends. She was flipping houses.

And I was like, I want to do that, but I don't have any time, but I have some money. And so I started
