How do you get into

real estate and when? Yeah, so I first had, I was, I first got interested in real estate on the

investment side of things. So long term rental, long term buy and hold, the Michigan market,

the Metro Detroit market has good numbers for that. I can go back to basically high school when I first felt like I had

an interest. I knew I wanted to be involved with real estate investing. My initial thought

was that it was going to be passive. So I was looking for passive income opportunities and

real estate was one of that, you know, is and has been a hot topic. So self-education through YouTube University and
