He is a NAR 30 under 30, and we are so excited to interview him and learn how he rocketed so fast.

So Hans, welcome to the show.

Yeah, of course.

We're honored.

Tell us how you got this position and a little bit about your background.

Yeah. So, you know, I am a Boston based guy. I grew up on Cape Cod, you know, been living in Boston for over a decade.

You know, started out, you know, working actually in politics and was working there for a while. And then, you know, like everybody else, they wanted to give it a chance, part-time gig,

real estate.

And then from there, jumped in, you know, both feet in and been going ever since.

You know, been in the business for seven years going on eight.

You know, when I started out, I had no connections, referrals, or even any confidence

to ask any of the people I knew to work with me. And I did have a lot of hunger and was ready to get

some, you know, boots on the ground experience. So today, you know, I'll take you through how I went

from a clueless agent knowing absolutely nothing and nobody to doing over 200 million in volume within seven years and kind of learning all the mistakes and lessons along the way.

Wow, 200 million. That is quite the number, my friend.

So interesting that you were in politics first because a lot of this is, you know,

especially when you're in those inspection responses, going back and forth, you know,

being a political guy with the, you know, just trying to keep everybody on track. And I'm sure that background really benefits you with this
