In this episode of the Bear Performance Podcast.

We've been taught that education means this checklist where you go through and have somebody tell you this and somebody tell you this and you regurgitate it, somebody tells you this and regurgitate it and then all of a sudden you're all done.

And that's where you get the 30 and 40 year olds that you described earlier that are just waiting for everybody else.

We understand that education doesn't end just because you quote unquote graduated high school.

Education is synonymous for being alive. You should grow. You are going to get an education in parenting because you're going to be a parent.

Education's ongoing. We're just preparing people for a life that continuously is ongoing.

That's again goes back to that question. What should school before? It should be for setting up that kind of mindset.
