because we take care of ourselves and we know how to prevent burnout.

today.

Classes in session, this is everything, all my tips, all the little tricks I use to avoid

burnout while still being able to check off your to-do list, do all the holiday things

and feel your best.

And basically this is just a guide on how to feel less overwhelmed when life gets busy

because I want you to be able to make the most of the holidays and have a balanced, healthy

and happy holiday season.
