I was out late last night. I have to admit, I was with a friend and he started a fire,

which is a big thing here in Portland, you know?

Okay, like a legal fire.

Yeah, yeah, I fired him back yard and then now came the vodka and you know,

it's hard to leave a fire at three in the morning.

Yeah, that's understandable. I don't, that sounds like something in a beer commercial.

I don't do anything like that.

Like bond fires and stuff.

It's a very interesting time to be transgendered in America.

I'm sure it's always an interesting time to be transgender, but these days it's particularly

interesting because we live at a historical moment where acceptance of non-binary sexual orientation,

sexual identity, all these sort of analog identity options are being accepted by mainstream society.

Just a couple of days ago, we had Caitlin Jenner on the cover of Vanity Fair.

Very interesting and somewhat unimaginable.

Just what? A decade ago? With that have been imaginable. A decade ago, I honestly don't know.

Today's guest is a very interesting, articulate, funny, light-hearted woman named Bayley J.

She's a transgender porn star among other things. She came to my attention when I saw her

interviewed by Amy Schumer on Inside Amy Schumer. If you haven't seen that show by the way,

highly recommended. My God, she's not only hilarious, but very intelligent and very much about

examining and poking fun at cultural ignorance for lack of a better word. Highly recommended.
