This week's guest is John Kim.

He is a wealth management guru kind of guy, very knowledgeable.

He has a blog where he talks about investments and how to protect yourself against currency

manipulations and fiat currency, which is I guess paper money versus gold and silver

and other precious metals.

He knows a lot about this stuff.

I don't know shit about it.

If I did, I'd be rich.

Rich I tell you.

Man, so many opportunities I've lost in my life.

I didn't lose them.

I never had them.

I mean, when I first moved to Barcelona, I rented this apartment, top floor apartment and

building without an elevator right in the center, Montenair and Valencia for those of

you who know Barcelona.

I lived there for four or five years, I think.

And that apartment, I could have bought it for $20,000, $30,000 or something like that.

And now it's probably worth $150,000.
