Did you use LimeWire?

I was like, that's maybe not a great question to ask someone who works in music.

No, I mean, I actually, I never, LimeWire was kind of after my time, but Napster, like, O.G. Napster.

Yeah. That was, there was a lot of, I wasster, like OG Napster. Yeah.

That was, there was a lot of, I was big into, I was a soundtrack collector and I really wanted

the physical CDs.

So I had very little use for Netflix, Netflix for Napster, but the big exception was there

were a lot of things that were like otherwise not available.

It wasn't that they were like unreleased that somehow some person would find and digitize

and you'd be like, oh, here's, you know, here's a score to a movie that it never got a soundtrack

album, but someone somehow got a hold of the tapes, digitized them, and they've made

their way onto the internet. And so I did use it quite a lot for downloading MP3s of things

that were literally not available. I feel like that's okay. But I also am like,

what's going to come to my house now? You know, who knows? Most of that shit was subsequently

made available. And because it went through official channels, it was usually in better quality.

So I ended up buying 99% of that stuff in the long run.

I was never a fan of the kind of, like, you know, bands suing their fans or whatever who had that stuff.

Like it was a very wild west window.

And you could tell that it was.

You could tell that it was like this is a new technology that nobody has equalized.

The biggest risk of viruses was like as a young girl using LimeWire, I was not so much
