If you binged or over eight on Thanksgiving, I know how frustrating that is. And I also know that you might be tempted right now to sink into feelings of guilt and shame to restrict yourself. You might be feeling tempted to over exercise. But I want to share with you something that will actually help you break free of the binging and the overeating, the restrict cycles. I know how exhausting they are. And I know the

temptation to beat yourself up is at an all-time high after you've binged or after the holidays.

But beating yourself up only fuels this internal pressure that keeps you on the all or nothing
