Sarah Maslowski she's from like the Greater Atlanta area out in Georgia and she talks about so many different ways of

getting leads and she talks about how to get leads and income now,

especially if you're new.

You know, different ways you can figure out

what should I do for a few hours a day

for the next few weeks to make sure I start making some money.

And then she also goes deep into how she started creating YouTube pages for this long-term content.

So while she was making money in the short term, by reaching out to expired listings and for sale by owners and things like that to do on the buyer side.

She also started building up this YouTube page for later.

And now she gets 80 or 90% of all of her leads come from no effort at all just people seeing

her YouTube page and reaching out to her.

I have been an agent for five years now.
