the last episode that I know was tough, but we got through the hard part. We absolutely did.

And now I think we get to the helpful part. We get to the part where we can look at the world

around us and look to close the gap between where we are and where we know we could

be if we applied what we know and really implement some tools that can help us through hard

seasons and help us redefine consistency when it needs to be redefined based on being in a hard

season and no longer check out or decide that because of this season that I'm in, whether it's a

small hardship or a big one, that I can't possibly be consistent. Yes, you can. What we're doing

is we're going through some parts of tools for the trenches, which is my second book. And if you

writing that book in the darkest season of my life right after my daughter died. I have not

gone through this book since I wrote it. And so there are some parts that are definitely hard,

but I believe that there's a lot more than that that is helpful. So we are

diving into help because whether it is overwhelm of life pressures or it's a financial hardship
