Hello and welcome back to Cult Leader. I'm your Cult Leader, Spencer Henry. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and gals.

They is in them. Step right up because we've got quite the story for you today. Truly a freak show before we get into it.

How's it going? I got a few things going on. I was in San Francisco all last week visiting family and just

taking a little break, taking a breather, which is why there was no little leader on Friday. But somewhere we'll be back at it.

This week got some good stories for you guys. First things first. Okay, so I get to my family's house and we're getting ready for dinner.

I had driven up so it was like long drive. I get up there, get ready. We're going to dinner that night in the city.

We get outside and there's a limo and I was like, why is this happening? Why is there a limo?

And I forget who it was, Olivia or maybe my brother Ian, but they're like, you tweeted a while ago that you wanted a limo

research and so, you know, here it is. So we took a limo to the city. My whole family. We went out to dinner. Fantastic.

I did a lot of things while I was up there. The main purpose of going there was Olivia just bought a new house with her husband.

And I wanted to see it. It's a very cool mid-century house. You guys know I'm all about that. Speaking of, I got to go through some of my grandparents' stuff from like the 50s and 60s.

So I got a few cool house things and pictures, photo albums. My favorite thing I got were these letters and these are old, old letters written from like great grandfather. It's bizarre.

I'm going to read them on this Friday's little leader because there's one letter in particular where this guy is writing about his wife who hears things in the attic.

Like I need to share this with the cult babes. So wait for Friday for that. But it was such a great time. I had not actually gotten to see my whole family for quite some time.

So that was a nice little break. The last day it was I think Friday night. I went with Olivia to the city and we got a hotel room for the night because why not?

And did our favorite thing which is like restaurant hopping. So we went to a few different restaurants and got little bites and snacks. The next morning we just went shopping and then I'm here.

Okay. So I used to fly all the time. I used to fly up there. Well I was on a plane every week before pandemic with work and everything.

Not this is my job. I get to be home all the time. But when I wasn't flying for work I was always flying up to SF for the weekend. I'm like realizing I was so crazy. I hate this is the longest I've not been on a plane. But I actually out of everywhere I do not mind the drive from Southern California to Northern California. It's a straight shot on the five freeway.

And I just know the drive very well. So I actually kind of like it.

You know, gives you a time to listen. Time to think. Time to just be with yourself. But also it was like Mother's Day and my mom's birthday for those of you who are newer. Maybe don't know she passed away in 2018.

I always try and we always try and all be together for her birthday. So it was nice to go up there. And we always talk about it. But my mom would love cold leader you guys.
