social media and other platforms doesn't actually come super easily for me. But I know that it's important

and I do want to show up consistently for all of you. I know I'm not the only one who

feels this way. So for today's episode, I'm sharing a recent training that I did on one of our

weekly Zoom connection calls. You hear me talk about these calls all the time because they are

seriously so much fun and you should definitely

join us for one. I'm biased, but you definitely should. This particular call was about a few

tips that have helped me to break through these seasons that I've had of content droughts

where I just really am having trouble creating content and showing up

consistently.

And these tips have really helped me to create more content in less time and show up consistently

for the people that I care about.
