about is the balance between making confident choices in life and

fearful ones. So really looking at our intentions of why are we making the choices

that we make, making sure we're coming from the right place because they really believe that the follow-through in the ultimate outcome that gets us to follow through and make consistent choices or consistent changes or stick to something consistently with confidence really comes from what's the origin of that desire.

We're also going to talk about how to decide what things really matter to you and what you should take action on.
