0:31.0	Last night, I had a really cool lucid dream. It started out as a regular dream that involved
0:36.3	a bunch of robbers stealing items from a large house. I was trying to foil the robber's plans.
0:41.2	At some point, I realized that my was dreaming and became lucid. I ignored the robbers after that
0:47.1	and decided to try something interesting. Instead of dawning superpowers and going around flying,
0:52.3	I wanted to see if I could get my dream characters to become more lucid themselves. Could I get
0:57.8	them to realize that we were in a shared dream together and to rise above their prescripted dream
1:03.2	roles? Could I get them to fess up to the fact that our shared reality was a dream?
1:08.2	I went outside and found some characters to interact with, but they seemed pretty dim-witted.
1:13.2	They acted like plain vanilla NPCs that couldn't handle off-script events. Then I had the idea that
1:18.9	perhaps within the dream world there are somehow limited computing resources available. Since I was
1:24.2	outdoors in a complex scene, could it be that rendering the outdoor environment was chewing up a
1:28.8	lot of dream resources and that fewer resources were then available for the characters themselves?
1:34.4	I thought that if that were the case, then perhaps I could experience richer character interactions.
1:39.6	If I went to a simpler, less visually complicated location in the dream world, then perhaps the
1:45.5	dream computer could devote fewer resources to rendering the environment and transfer some of those
1:51.4	resources to creating richer dream characters that were more responsive. If I could say that the
1:57.1	whole dream is happening within my physical brain, then I'm just saying that if my brain doesn't
