| 1:32.0 | But the way to experience gratitude with a deep meaning is when you experience gratitude towards others. |

| 1:57.6 | And this is the case as you will experience as you settle yourself into your meditation today. |

| 2:17.4 | mudra position and when you hold your hands in a particular way, it stimulates a corresponding region of your brain. |
