It's almost over. My goodness. My goodness. It's a little bit of a late morning cast. I got my coffee, Bulletproof style today. So I'm feeling frisky. I'm all super fucking caffeinated. Got some super high

caffeine coffee going on here. Woo. Yeah. And it's not my

first cup. So today is going to be lit like all the fucking tits. Thank you so much for being here.

It's a chest and back day today. I didn't get to pump yesterday. We had some smoke in the building.

Yesterday's podcast was I ended abruptly. Apparently there was a fire and it was in the walls. And luckily I smelled it. All of a sudden the room just became like white with smoke. Like I mean fire, legit shit. Like you had to come in fucking, you know, all the fire trucks and shit like that. So things got pushed back a lot and I need to clear out. The doors were open and everything, just trying to

clear out all like the smoke from the walls. It was not like you didn't see flames lapping the

building or anything, but someone was doing some remodeling and a spark lit some insulation or some

paper in the walls and who the fuck knows. But it was a quote unquote exciting experience and a

stinky one.

So I could barely breathe and I was like, you know, what the fuck is this?

So I signed off the podcast.

And it turns out some serious shit was going down.
