I am from the Bay Area in California, sitting here as the world burns all around me.

I am calling because I listen to your Monday podcast, what is this, Monday, August 24th, and I heard you ask us to call in about ghosts and the supernatural, and I figured, okay, this is is my chance because it relates to my mother

who I can only go so far as to call I guess a good witch and a channeler. I grew up, I grew up

very traditional conservative Mexican household, very Catholic grew up going to church

because it wasn't ultra-boy blah blah blah blah blah blah and I announced the church sometime around my early teen

but growing up it was I can only go I can only describe my religious upbringing as traditional and also cultish.

Yeah, so my mother, growing up, we would go to the spiritual medium in Palinas every week,

where we would go and then she would go into a trance and connect to the spirit world
