Welcome to the perfume room. I have a rave that I need to share with you. Okay, so if you have been

listening to the podcast for some time, then you have heard various guests talk about the different ways that they

make their perfumes last longer. Some apply perfume when their pores are most open, like

right out of the shower, for example. Others moisturize their skin with Vaseline or lotion before

spraying, and others employ lesser-known tactics like applying lotion on top of perfume.

Now, I have tried all of these methods with varying degrees of success.

However, I was just gifted a product in PR this past week that after testing for now five days in a row,

I can confirm has genuinely made the biggest and best difference of anything that I

personally have tried thus far. It is Future Society's newest launch, optimal habitat,

which is described by the brand as a fragrance extending primer. Okay, so think in like the same vein

that you would apply primer beneath your makeup. This is that, but for fragrance.

And before we move any further, just giving you my disclaimer, this is not an ad.

I was gifted this in PR, did not even know I would be receiving it.

I'm just genuinely happy with the product.

Okay, so first let's get to their claim.

So their copy says, when applied prior to fragrance, our primer magnifies the intensity of your

fragrance from the moment of application and significantly extends wear time for up to 24 hours.

Okay, right out the gate, that is a wild claim because unless this is like an

embalming ritual or you are injecting it into my veins, have you ever like put on a perfume and

been like, this better last me till tomorrow? I mean, if this primer can actually do that,

that's great. You know, I'll save a little money on my monthly water bill. I'm just saying,
