Being insecure in your body is not only not fun, it's having a substantial negative impact on your

relationships and your sex life. If you don't feel good in your body, you're unavailable to receive

pleasure. You're unavailable to connect on the deepest level with your partner. And the reason

you're unavailable to connect on the deepest level is because you are disconnected with yourself and your own body.

If we are at war with our body, we cannot possibly connect with it, nor can we allow others to

connect with it. And so many women are stuck in the cycle of believing that in order to connect

with their body, in order to feel confident in their own skin, in order to be seen as attractive

or desirable, they have to change their body, in order to be seen as attractive or desirable,

they have to change their body, they have to love what they see, but here's the kicker.

You do not have to love the way your body looks in order to be connected with it, in order

to be confident in your own skin, but you do have to start respecting your body. And there is a very big difference.
