Hey everybody, it's Emily Schram. I am so excited to be back from me at Hippie Podcast.

0:07.0

As you know, I'm practicing the art of Only Do It If It's Screaming Out of You.

0:13.0

And this one's screaming out of me. So I'm so happy you're here.

0:19.0

I am first and foremost, just extremely grateful for the ability to connect with you guys in a different way, despite the negative of this pandemic and what's happening. I feel like it's opened up a lot of doors for me to hop on to Facebook lives, for me to be a little bit more honest

1:47.6

have really good days and then I have really hard days. And they tend to go back and forth.

1:53.0

And one of the things that is interesting is I used to think of this all the time. When I used

1:58.8

to do CrossFit and hardcore workouts and competing, it was this feeling of when

2:04.5

you finish a workout and you just felt so badass, so proud of yourself, so amazing.
