sort of what my food rules are or what I eat or what I don't eat or what constitutes my

perfect day. And some of you may actually believe that I follow a certain nutritional plan because

we talk about it on the show. So for example, we had

that that is something that I follow and in fact, I don't. So I just wanted to sort of share my

foodology with you and my take, not because you should do as I do, of course, but because I don't want to

create any unnecessary mystery or confusion about what my diet, what I'm going to call my foodology

for the purposes of this episode, what my foodology constitutes, and just some basic tenants that have come to understand as

universally helpful, no matter which nutritional plan you pursue in any season of your life. So I
