excited to have you on. I'm so excited to be here. So thank you for having me. As soon as I saw

you were going to be on Love is Blind. I thought to myself, I was like, yes, another Indian

batty to represent South Asian culture. And I just knew that we would get along. So I'm really excited

that we get to connect. No, I'm so happy. So thank you. It's like the perfect two people I would

want to speak to, so I'm very excited. Thank you. No, we are like, this is a perfect guest,

and I love that we were already friends before we started recording. So this is going to be a really,

really good get to know. We always ask our love is blind participants. How did you decide to do

love is blind? So it was a surprise to my closest that I was going to be on it in the first place because I've lived

kind of by the book. So to do something a little bit crazy was a bit like, is Seroa okay? That was kind of

the first thing. But it was basically for me, I've grown up with a lot of expectations and a lot

of pressure to be fair. And especially when it comes to not even

dating marriage, I could even just skip sort of the word dating at this point because I knew

kind of who my relatives, who my family all expected me to marry. And I had this like tipbox

exercise at the back of my mind and it would be someone who was from a

similar background to me, someone in terms of finances, job, family status. There was a lot that I knew

that my parents and everybody else wanted me to marry to be proud almost. So when you have a

tipbox like that, you don't have your own personal

tick box that comes forward. And when I used to a date, I felt like I never really connected
