And I'm Natalie and happy Wednesday pod besties. I am not having a great Wednesday,

if I'm being honest. I recently got ghosted and I haven't been

ghosted for a really, really long time. Like, it's been a while and it hurt my feelings.

Yeah, it would hurt my feelings too. Yeah, like it literally ruined my day. And typically I don't

let things like this like ruin my day. But right now I am doing my

second round of egg freezing. And I think that because I'm very hormonal right now, it just like

pissed me off. Oh, absolutely. I'm sure if it was a regular circumstances, you would be like,

oh, whatever I got ghosted. But in this hormonal stage, you're

like, absolutely not. You're pissed. And I'm more pissed because the reason I got ghosted is because I told

this guy, I was freezing my eggs. Oh, my God. That's insane. Not only am I extremely hormonal right now,

but also I'm very bloated, you know, just going through this process and I'm fatigued and I get ghosted because I tell someone I'm freezing my eggs.

How much of a cock block can egg freezing be?

First off, the fact that you even went on a date in that state, I just have to commend you because it couldn't be me. But what is it about

egg freezing that men just like not get turned off by it, but I just feel like they don't have

enough info. Like was he thinking that you're going to ask him to be a sperm donor or something?

Like I'm confused. Why is he so upset? No no I think he like didn't understand it and

thought I was pregnant because I was like hey I can't drink I can't eat sushi because I you know

I don't want to risk a foodborne illness I was also like walking a little bit weird and I was like

oh sorry I'm I'm really bloated because of the egg freezing process and he's like yeah

she's walking like a pregnant woman like wait he wait. He's like, I'm not ready for this. Imagine him actually think, he probably did think you were pregnant. No, literally. Like holding your tummy in a weird way because you're like, ow. Because I'm not going to lie to you when I went through the egg freezing process, I actually felt like I was pregnant. I was like just being extra nice, you know, to myself. And I was like, oh, don't worry about the belly. It's, I'm literally trying to make babies. I would rub my bloat as if I was pregnant, you know? Just like people are aware, you know, this is a normal. Yeah. So essentially what happened was like, he was just like, you seem really busy right now with egg freezing. So he's like, bye. I mean, I'm not. I was like, I'm just a little bit like not feeling like myself. Just have to do a few injections a day. But besides that, I'm free. So how it happened was we were trying to set up our next date. And he goes, oh, like, do you want to go to this cocktail bar?

And I was like, oh, I can't drink, but I'll get a mocktail. So, you know, it's up to you, though, like wherever you want to go. But either way, I can't drink. And then he's like, okay, maybe we could just do dinner at six o'clock. And I was like, oh, I can't do six. Like, can we either do before or after because I do my egg freezing injections at
