Ah, so I started my team in 1997, and basically it's because we had our first child and I didn't want to work nights and weekend so I hired a showing agent and she was hourly

So that's what I would do again because the biggest time drain in our business is showing houses so if you can incorporate a good showing agent

where you're not giving commissions away and you're just paying them outside of the commissions

then that in my opinion that's a better move than hiring an admin or a closing
