So happy to be back recording another episode.

I know it has been a number of weeks since I have been releasing episodes.

If you're a loyal listener, thank you so much for your patients. If you're new here, I usually

release one podcast episode a week. We talk all about how to navigate food and body challenges

and a lot of other mental health topics as well. But I have been going through my

breast ex-plant surgery and recovery journey. So, and that journey has been a little more challenging

than expected. So I haven't been able to release a podcast in a few weeks. So thank you for being

patient. The breast explant surgery went really well. Recovery has just been a

little bit more challenging. I've needed a little bit more help than I anticipated I would.

I'm officially two weeks post-op and I'm feeling amazing. I got the surgery in California because

that was the surgeon that I wanted to use. He's very, very reputable,

very skilled in breast explants. And so we went there. My husband and I flew back. We're back

in Colorado and I am just recovering and taking it easy. I'm able to now open my laptop.
