And this mailbox Monday is going to be packed. There are some just incredible questions out of the mailbag. But before we get to that, do you have a client you'd like to shout out? Yes, absolutely. So this is one of my in-person clients I've been with for almost a year now, and I travel to his condo just to make his life a little bit easier. And his name is Don. Basically, he's 73 years old. And a lot of times we have questions like, okay, have you ever worked with someone that's this old because you guys are young? Yes, absolutely. Obviously, things change. You know, the bodies react differently. They need to be doing different movements, the whole nine yards. I take all of that into consideration. But regardless of that, he's 73 years old. He's putting in work. I see him about two times a week on average. And he makes literally no excuses. And yesterday I had a deep talk with him because he's facing a lot of things in his life that I'm not going to exactly share. But I told him this is the exact point where a lot of people will stop. They'll find any excuse in the world. He actually is, you know, one thing I will share is going through a bit of cancer treatment. So every single day has to go through that. And he's still finding time in his busy schedule and all the adversity to work out. So I just want to give him a huge shout out. He probably won't listen to this unless I send it to him. But regardless, you know, even when you're going through things in your life and you just want to quit or you think you should quit, just keep going because working out and just even if you're not losing 100 pounds each year or whatever, if just going through those motions, |
