This is episode one twenty three of the Swallier Pride Podcast and today's guest is

Lauren Hermann is a speech language pathologist with experience in acute care

in patient rehab, outpatient rehab, and skilled nursing facilities while filling full-time,

part-time, per diem, and travel contract roles.

She has worked across seven hospitals around the country ranging from small community hospitals to

large academic trauma centers, and is currently

starting her own private practice in Pennsylvania.

Lauren is only one of two speech language pathology members of the Radiological Society of North

America and is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration,

advocacy, and ethics.

She is currently conducting survey research with hopes to present at state and national conferences

for speech language pathologists,iologists, and Radiology

Technicians. In the meantime, Lauren can be found completing self-surveyes on wine preference and is

happy to discuss results with anyone who is interested.

And that's why Lauren and I are friends.

But I will say Lauren's latest survey that she is now working on,

a piece of research that she's conducting.

Just got IRB approval and she is looking for help from all of you.
