Summary

In this episode, I open up about the pressure of carrying generational dreams, the guilt that comes with putting myself first, and why it’s so important to celebrate progress even if it’s not perfect. I’ll share my own year-end reflections, guide you through a simple exercise to recognize your wins, and remind you that every step forward matters.
