I wondered if you could touch on that a little bit, the hidden emotion technique. I think my listeners

Well, this is a really cool technique.

I use four models in treating anxiety and exposure is just one of those four.

And one is called the hidden emotion model, which I created or kind of learned from my residency

But it's based on the idea that virtually all people who struggle with anxiety, and that would include you, Gina,
