This is a subject matter that I was kind of forced to speak on.

people are saying to me, Christian, how do I have a resilient relationship with people

I don't like or have different views on me or different perspectives or different

I'd quickly say you need unconditional love and just kind of had a soft answer.

And then I had the opportunity over a couple of years of period to be mentored by about

50 people in this room and I wish I could mention all 50 people.

I would not be able to give the speech on connecting with and serving and understanding opposite

perspectives had these people and some of them might not realize how much they mentored
