So today I want to share with you a little bit about my story.

I apologize that it's not exactly the topic that was on the program, but it is related.

So I think there are some overlaps there.

I also wanted to give a little PG-13 warning for reasons because I teach sex ed.

So, I today want to talk about great expectations.

Great expectations have been a big challenge in my life, mostly self-imposed, but not entirely.

Not to be confused with the book that I pretended to read in high school English class.

If you're anything like me, your journey toward living your truth started with an ending.

The end of my faith, the end of certainty, the end of community in some ways, and the end

of a lot of really tasty Mormon cast roles.

Rip.

I feel a little bit like I'm out of the element here because I was really young when I left

the church.

It was kind of a crazy period in my life.
