and for the most part i don't which is lucky. But sometimes I do, and it's really bad.

And I'm realizing now that kind of my task in life is to figure out how to just handle it and manage it better and better each time, you know, because there are certain things that are like really real triggers that are going to trigger anxiety and depression stuff.
