Oh my gosh I feel like I'm really breathy lately Steph. Like I'm like having to breathe a lot harder and I'm a feeling like it's affecting my podcasting abilities.

I've been going up and down steps. I'm like, when did this get so hard?

But I will say, I mean, carrying a lot of extra weight is not, is no joke, you know.

It happens all so fast. It's like all the sudden, geez, 15 weeks goes by and you're all

sudden like 20 pounds heavier and you have to manage that in life and your lungs are like what's going on so

especially when it's hot and it's starting to get warm which is great but

definitely affects things.

Yeah I am God, you're not too far away now, right? Yeah. Third trimester. That's definitely there. Yeah, so it's fun. It's good times, very breathy out of, it's just not an, it's not an experience that I'm used to having being out of breath a lot going up the steps.
