It's a Sunday afternoon and I was just watching the World Swimming Championships.

Now, I nerd out on sports first off, but secondly on swimming. I was a

competitive year round swimmer my entire life. I mean from age five until 24 you know it was it was not even just part of

my life for for a lot of years it was my life and it's just so exciting to

watch athletes.

But for me, in particular, swimmers just compete and race and put it in this scenario,

they're putting it all in the pool, like leaving everything you can at the end of a race and just saying,

here's everything I've got. And there's a point for those of you who are athletes and anyone out there that might be a swimmer,
