Les, are you using your talents doing work that you love?

Well, that's figuring that I'm talented.

To be honest with you, you know, I've always been a pawnbroker and I've never once, and

I've been in 65 years, I mean, I've only been doing this 58, and I'd never once woken up in the morning

without a desire to get to the store. We want to hear the whole story. From the top show on

True TV, hardcore pawn, Les Goal is the patriarch of the Goal family. He built American jewelry

and loan from the ground up. Less is an old-school,

hard-nosed pawnbroker at heart with a passion for collecting unusual items and a nose for deals and people.

I have the same desire at 65 years old that I had when I was 25 years old.

You have to be passionate about anything that you do in life,

and the passion and the drive that I have has never varied. That is totally beautiful. Well,

tell us about what you do. Tell us about the business and what you like about it. Well,

you know, I'm a pawnbroker, and what does that mean? We're a short-term lender.
