Summary

Customer returns can be frustrating. In this episode, I discuss Lesson 59 from my e-book, Zero to $1 Million.

The important thing to keep in mind is in Amazon, the customer is always right and there's not a whole lot you can do as a seller. What you can do instead is go through the reasons why people return your items and you can get an insight on how to improve your product moving forward.

When we get a box of our returns and there are items in good condition, we use it for giveaways or donations.
