solo episode, but it's not even really a business episode. I thought we'd do a personal episode because there hasn't been one for a while and lots of you have asked for one. And so I've got Sam here, my husband and copyrighter Sam, on the podcast with me. Hello. So it kind of is a business one because I do work for your company, don't I? I know.

We probably won't talk much business in this one. You don't really know what we're going to talk about when we start. That is the problem because whenever me and Sam do a podcast like this, we don't plan what we're going to say. We just talk about what's been going on. But I definitely wanted to do a life update because I feel like loads as happens. since the last time we did one of these kind of more personal life update ones.

So let's first talk about your cancer.

So obviously, I think the last time we came on, we talked about how you, it's exactly a year since you had the op, I think two days ago.

It's exactly a year.

And obviously when you first got the cancer last year, we were both terrified.

We didn't know what that meant.

You hear the word cancer and you just spiral.
