| 2:11.0 | And how do I find more people that have the effector? When you're building a team, you're looking for people who have more of the effector. |
| 2:19.0 | Well, we do know that part of that effector, you've heard it so many times today. |
| 2:23.0 | How many times have we heard the word confidence? Confidence, confidence, confidence, confidence. |
| 2:28.0 | And I want you guys to know there's a lot of pieces to it. But you don't get to the confidence until you push through the courage. |
