nutrition is a lot of people not taking action because they're confused.

For example, I know I need to eat better, but it's just so confusing.

I see some people saying that I should be intermittent fasting and other people saying that I shouldn't be intermittent fasting.

And I don't know what to do because I see some people saying that I should

avoid all carbohydrates and then I see other people saying that avoiding carbohydrates will

destroy my metabolism. Have you ever heard that for? I talk to people who are in that frustration, in that confusion all day long.

And one of the things that I say to them first is,

hey, let's put aside what other people are saying.

Let's put aside the low-carb camp versus don't you dare to low-carb camp.

Let's put aside the vegan versus carnivore camp. Let's just

think about what you know about what you do. Just what you know about what you do.

Do you know where you could improve a little bit.

Like do you know that maybe you're drinking too much?
