what's safe and what's not with Rich Bergstrom of Ceramcorp.

And these are the products I've been using in my home for a really long time but there's

a lot of misinformation in the cookware world and so I wanted to bring Rich on to clear

them up.

He owns a cookware company called Ceramcorp and the thing I love about them is they show

their laboratory testing results for all of their products which no other company that

I know of does.

They believe in accountability and safe cookware and I can't wait to delve in so Rich, welcome

It's pretty much generally understood now that Teflon isn't the best option but there's

a lot of differing opinions beyond that.

Okay, the biggest misconception about a cookware which has been going on for hundreds

of years and basically it's metal cookware has one function and it's durable.

It's a material that can withstand a tremendous amount of abuse and having worked in a restaurant

business and the back end I understand that.
