Let's jump into this.

I want to talk about something and kind of start out with this idea of hunger and cravings

and all those kind of things.

You know, I was on Instagram a couple days ago and I was struck with the story of a woman

who this past week passed away and she had a young family and it was said in.

And I didn't know her.

I didn't really know very many people she was connected to, but I'd heard her name.

In fact, I think I even spoke an event with her.

I didn't know her name, but I didn't know who she was.

So I kind of went to work on Instagram where you start stalking and researching and what

happened and who are they and how are they connected.
