All the information we hold onto is limited. Your brain can only hold onto so much. The best way to store memory is to put it into a habit such as automatic behavior. In this week’s episode we’ll be discussing how to automate the small stuff.
Decision fatigue means when you’re making decisions over and over to the point where you actually wear out your deliberate system. It’s important to automate basic things so you can use your brain energy on more important things.
