negative things at us this is super normal these are things that cause us to

doubt ourselves thoughts like I'm not good enough I'm annoying I'm too much

you know I'm too extra I'm not smart enough I'm not good looking enough I judge

too much I mean I'm selfish whatever like we have these thoughts and we don't

really question them we assume that because we're thinking a certain way that
